Acceptance
By downloading or using AUM Season 2 — The CIO's Chair, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App
AUM Season 2 — The CIO's Chair is a financial education simulation game. It is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any form of regulated financial service.
Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must provide accurate information during onboarding
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
- One account per user; you may not transfer your account to another person
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell or sublicense access to the App
Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including scenarios, characters, curriculum, scoring logic, and design — is the exclusive property of Matin Wealth Advisory LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matin Wealth Advisory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
