AUM Season 2 — The CIO's Chair ("the App") is operated by Matin Wealth Advisory LLC, registered at Sharjah Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Matin Wealth Advisory LLC.

When you use the App, we collect the following information:
Account Data
- Player name (chosen by you during onboarding)
- Email address (used for account identification and cross-device sync)
Game Progress Data
- Scenario selections, portfolio allocations, and performance results
- Trophy and compliance scores
- Cloud save states and session progress
Payment Data
- Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment details. We store only your Stripe session ID and unlock status to confirm your purchase.
Technical Data
- Anonymous user ID (generated by Supabase)
- App version and device type (for debugging purposes)
How We Use Your Data
- To create and maintain your player account
- To save and restore your game progress across devices
- To verify and record your one-time payment unlock ($9.99)
- To enable cross-device transfer via sync codes
- To improve app performance and fix bugs
Who We Share Your Data With
- Supabase (supabase.com) — our database and authentication provider, hosted in North America
- Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com) — payment processing
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes
Data Retention
We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Withdraw consent at any time

Account Deletion
You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing info@matinwealth.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
